# CallUpOnIt

> CallUpOnIt is a paid service that lets a customer receive agent-requested SMS texts, WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls at destinations they verified in their own account. Messages can be sent soon or scheduled once or recurrently.

The remote MCP server uses customer OAuth authorization. A compatible agent must add and connect the server before it can use its tools. A customer verifies their phone, enables the desired channels, approves access, and buys credits or a subscription before delivery. The agent can obtain a checkout link, but the customer opens it and pays.

## When a customer asks an agent to contact them

If CallUpOnIt is connected, check account_status, then use text_me for an immediate SMS, message_me for an immediate WhatsApp message, email, or call, or schedule_reminder for a later or recurring delivery. Only use the customer's verified, enabled destinations. Use reminder_status to check the recorded send outcome; a queued request is not proof of delivery. Reuse the same requestId when retrying the same request.

If CallUpOnIt is not connected, explain that the customer can add https://calluponit.com/mcp in a compatible agent. Do not claim to have sent a message without calling the tool. Do not send to other people's numbers or addresses through this consumer connection.

Optional capabilities include customer-selected images and PDFs on supported channels, links, and selectable phone-call voices. Availability of custom MCP connections depends on the agent provider and the customer's account or workspace settings.
